Nice design, nice fit, but I do not like the material it's made of. It feels to hard and brittle. I ended up using the lower organizer, but discarding the upper tray, preferring the softer feel of my old one.

Thanks for the honest feedback — glad the fit worked well, and sorry the upper tray didn't hold up to your expectations. It's printed in PETG at a thickness/infill we tuned for durability without adding unnecessary bulk, but 'hard and brittle' isn't the feel we're going for, especially since you kept the lower organizer but not the tray. If you can share a bit more about what you didn't like (rigidity? weight? something that flexed differently than expected?), it'd genuinely help us dial in the next revision.

Matt’s care/touches in just packaging his product out for mail delivery says a lot about him! His product was my third and will be my last A/M console I’m buying as it is the best one made in the market! Will be waiting for more of his OEM quality A/M accessories for my Rivian! I want a Real floor console drawer compartment that looks OEM and not just the opened tray style that is currently offered on the market!

By far the best organizer I have tried

I've tried a couple of different organizers, and this is by far the best. It has really helped declutter my Rivian R1S. The only possible negative is that the sliding tray works a little TOO well, and sometimes slides during hard braking/acceleration. I found that a tiny bit of electrical tape on the underside of the tray edge helps with this. I still love the product and won't remove any stars for this - just providing real world feedback.

I am genuinely impressed with this console organizer. The quality is way better than anything mass-produced - the PETG feels solid, fits perfectly, and does not rattle at all. Installation took seconds and it completely transforms the center console. Everything finally has a place: sunglasses, charging cables, cards, sanitizer (and a backup sanitizer) … it's honestly such a smart design. The customer service was also outstanding. I made a mistake on the address, so I contacted the seller and he responded within minutes and corrected the address for me. It shipped fast, came packaged really well. The seller is super helpful and responsive. If you own a Rivian, this is one of those upgrades that you don't realize you need until you have it. Highly recommended!
