Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Condition
Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and with all included components. Because our products are custom-fit accessories, we’re unable to accept returns on items that show signs of use or installation.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong item or need to exchange for a different configuration, please contact us and we’ll help you get sorted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@niftly3d.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We typically respond within one business day.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
